Digital Photography Course |

Digital cameras are everywhere from mobile phones, compacts and digital SLRs. They come complete with many automatic or programme modes and a large number of abbreviations and terms — ISO, exposure, megapixels, ppi, dpi, snow scene, interpolation to name but a few of them. Despite all these terms and automatic modes, many people have some difficulties understanding what they all mean and are not always happy with the photos they get. This one day, basic course will explain all these terms and show how you can use your camera to get images you will be happy to put on the wall or send to your friends. The course will be held in the Scout Hut, Wilson Street, Barnard Castle from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 17th April 2010. Coffee and tea will be provided and there will be an hour for lunch. Cost is £35, payable in advance, and don’t forget to bring your camera with a fully charged battery! Use the contact form to book early as places are limited. On receipt full details will be sent out, preferably via email. |
